Requirements

  1. Have the Acrobatic Gymnastics Honor.
  2. Perform with good form the following individual exercises:
    • Kip
    • Cartwheel (2 hands and 1 hand)
    • Simple reversal
    • Flic-flac (back handspring)
    • Round-off
  3. Perform 4 of the following individual acrobatics, with technique and elegant movements:
    • Forward somersault
    • Forward roll with head support (headspring)
    • One-arm flic-flac
    • Aerial cartwheel (no hands)
    • One-leg reversal
    • Front bridge
    • Back bridge
    • Free reversal
    • Somersault with twist
    • Roll out of the two-point stand (handstand)
    • Simple bridge out of the two-point stand (handstand)
  4. Perform 3 of the following balance exercises, with technique and elegant movements:
    • Two-point stand (handstand) out of the three-point stand position (headstand)
    • One-hand stand (alternative for girls: backbend with three-point stand - headstand)
    • Roll, two-point stand (handstand), and 360° turn
    • Two-arm planche (alternative for girls: two-hand stand position - lower into a free acute-angle L-sit)
    • One-arm planche (alternative for girls: 360° turn in the two-point stand - handstand)
    • Two-point stand (handstand) with crossed legs (yoga)
    • Two-point stand (handstand) started from a front support (alternative for girls: two-point stand (handstand) with a straddle L-sit)
  5. Perform with good form 3 of the following pair exercises (in the case of a male-female pair, the man must serve as the base).
    • Backward launch
    • Forearm stand (low)
    • Forearm stand (high)
    • Handstand (low)
    • Handstand (high)
    • Angled L-sit on the hands (low)
  6. Perform any one of the following combinations, with good form.
    • Roundoff, flic-flac, backward roll
    • Roundoff - two flic-flacs
    • Front somersault - flic-flac
    • Roundoff - backward roll - flic-flac
    • Somersault with twist - forward roll
    • Backward roll
